The Readiness Program is designed to provide support for families throughout all stages of deployments, mobilizations, separations, local or national emergencies/disasters and evacuations.  This program provides preparation information and ongoing education to individuals, families and leadership.

Military members deploying, going on remote or extended TDYs more than 30 days are required to attend a mandatory pre-deployment and SARC briefing at the Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) regardless of being married or single.  Briefings are held at the A&FRC located at 382 Ave. D, Bldg. 7215 every Tuesday at 1400. We encourage military members to bring their spouses to this briefing. The information empowers spouses with information and resources during separation.

IMPORTANT: Pre-Separation Briefing – Transition Program
Military members deploying and will have Less than 90 days on active duty before Retiring, separating or before going Terminal Leave, MUST receive a Pre-Separation briefing from the A&FRC PRIOR to deploying.  This briefing is mandated by Public Law and they will NOT be able to separate or retire without it. This briefing is conducted every Tuesday 0830-1000 here at the center.  Please call 696-5999 to reserve a seat.
