- STEP: This class utilizes creative combinations, some optional power moves, along with body toning and abs for the perfect workout.
We have a lot of fun with this class!
- PUMP IT: A group training class of focused exercises to optimize muscle strength, endurance and power. This class works on body sculpting and definition.
- WATER AEROBICS: Performed in the water, this class uses the same moves as step. Especially good for those having knee problems.
- HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM: Ideally for the military member needing assistance in raising their PT score; a Spinning class for those who enjoy an intense workout and a class to learn the proper way to run.
- YOGA: Optimizing relaxation and flexibility, a must for those seeking harmony between mind & body.
- SPIN BIKE: Using stationary bikes to increase the heart-rate. Your choice if it is high or low intensity since this is at your own pace.
- PM FIT EXTREME: Combination cardio blast & bodyweight training class. Focus is on the building lean muscle mass and maximizing your aerobic fitness to the extreme. Aimed at those who are having difficulties with passing the PT test.
