The Force Support Squadron (FSS) provides Air Force and other service personnel (including active duty and retired military, reservists, their family members and civilian employees) with a variety of programs of wholesome and constructive off-duty leisure activities that contribute to their quality of life. We offer a vast array of recreational opportunities including fitness centers, swimming pools, library, car repair facility, bowling lanes, golf course, ticket office, outdoor rental center, youth and young adult recreation centers, food and beverage facilities, child care center and much more.  

FSS can provide your organization with one of the few opportunities to market your company’s name and/or products to an exclusive military population. Both direct advertising opportunities and event sponsorship are available to provide your organization a full mix to gain exposure and potential market share.

FSS has a variety of yearly events that have the opportunity for commercial sponsorship.  A list is provided to give you an idea of some of the type of programs and/or events available. Sponsorship for these events varies due to overall program costs, amount of potential exposure and other various criteria. Individual proposals are available for each and every event upon request.

FSS is willing to work with each potential sponsor/advertiser to design a package that will meet your organization’s marketing goals and objectives. In most cases, direct financial support is desired for sponsorship/advertising opportunities; however, other means of value can be utilized to help offset FSS program/event costs.

Display Advertising
FSS has a variety of display advertising opportunities available at various high traffic FSS facilities and programs. A few examples are as follows:

• Bowling Center-lane signage & overhead video displays

Commercial Sponsorship

When a business or organization sponsors an event with money, goods or services they receive sponsor recognition and certain advertising privileges.

Commercial Sponsorship is the only entity that can make official solicitation for events held for base personnel.

Donations/Gifts

An individual or business can only receive a verbal mention at the event.  No tangible items or advertisement can be given or promised.

An official representing the Air Force cannot solicit donations

In plain English..

We cannot go down to local/corporate business and request a donation representing the base or the Air Force.  But... A base sanctioned Private Organization (PO) can for it's organization.

A PO is by definition a self-sustaining special interest group acting outside the official scope of the function or event.
