The new Longhorn Dining Facility sets the example in the Air Force as being great in food service, winning the Air Force Hennessey Award in 2002. The Longhorn offers cafeteria style dining with a large menu selection that includes a salad bar and desserts. Prices are reasonable. Meals vary from Gernan to Mexican and everything in between.

The QuickStop Flight Kitchen is a flight line snack bar open around the clock. When the Longhorn Dining Facility is open, the QuickStop Flight Kitchen is closed to all except flight crew.

Weekdays
Breakfast: 6 - 8 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Dinner: 4 - 7 p.m.
Midnight Meal: 11 p.m. - 1 a.m.
Weekend & Holiday
Brunch: 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Supper: 4 - 6 p.m.
Midnight Meal: 11 p.m. - 1 a.m.

Quickstop Flight
24 Hours around the clock from Sunday 8 p.m. to
Friday 8 p.m.

When the dining facility is open; the flight kitchen is closed except to flight crew
