UPCOMING EVENTS

The Fitness Center provides for the fitness needs of the base populace. The facility offers an expanded basketball court with half and full court play and for volleyball games. The center has racquetball courts and state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment as well as weight lifting room and general exercise rooms, which host a variety of classes from martial arts to power yoga. The center also boasts complete men's and women's locker rooms, showers and an indoor swimming pool. Immediately outside the center is an outdoor running track as well as the elevated indoor running track above the basketball courts.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BACK TO BASICS
This class is for military members that need assistance with their PT test. This is a high intensity workout designed to improve your PT score.

STEP CLASS
Utilizes creative combinations, some optional power moves, along with body toning and abs for the perfect workout.

PUMP IT
A group strength training class of specific exercises to optimize muscle strength, endurance and power as well as sculpt and definition.

WATER AEROBICS
Performed in the water, this class uses the same moves as step. Especially good for those having knee problems.

YOGA
Optimizing relaxation and flexibility, a must for those seeking harmony between mind and body.

SPIN/BIKE CLASS
Uses stationary bikes to increase the heart-rate. Offer high/low intensity workout or you may workout at your own pace. Great music and tons of fun-great workout for all!

ZUMBA
Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

TURBO KICK
Burn calories and blast fast by mixing kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move while burning up to 700 or more calories. It's so much fun that you won't even feel like you're working out!
