Providing Official Mail services to units on Dyess AFB

Please keep your authorization memos up to date!

  • Authorization memos and AF Form 4332 are due NLT than15 April each year, or when appointed members arrive/leave the unit.
  • Before receiving/sending official mail, individuals must complete training, appointed on a memo, and listed on an AF Form 4331 (signed by security manager and appropriate appointing official).

    Official Mail Services Provided


    Receiving and delivery of official items from the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx* and UPS* delivery (* using their own resources).

    Sending & Delivery

    Sending official items via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Contractors deliver mail to on-base residents (dorms).


    Provide training to individuals designated by their unit to send and receive official mail.

    Check for current openings and apply for any NAF job online.
